The Music

The music was very festive and communal based. A lot ofthe children were dressed up and they did a dance for us. I met the most adorable young boy who was teaching me how to say commoon phrases in Greek. One of the new words I learned was "OPA" which is basically the Greek word for what most AUC students would call "turn up". A lot of the dancers were young kids. Heres a short 30 second video of the dancing at the event.
I was really fond of how the older and younger people were both engaged in the festivites no one was left out.
